Yes, he is a great guy who totally make sure everything works, money in the bank, doing for others and me just like you said. It's the reason I started to date him after being best friends with him for a year and a half. I knew there wasn't much sexual chemistry with him, but he was such a great person, I felt that as as we got intimate he would totally grow on me that way, because I've had that happen before. But it's not happening. I really wish it was, because I don't really mind all his nerdy little ways (I actually appreciate most of them), but the sex appeal is just not growing. And he really tries! But, I should mention that he drinks anywhere from 6-10 beers a night and every night when I talk to him on the phone, I can tell he's been drinking, and that's just a turn off. Oh, and he smokes pot at least once an hour. I don't feel like there's enough chemistry to ask him to stop drinking (and God-forbid smoking) because what if I still am not sexually attracted to him after he's been sober for awhile? If that's what he really likes to do, I don't want to make him stop. Because I know he'd give it his best try if I asked him. But that's kind of making a big committment on MY part, it feels like. So, I don't know, there's just so things that don't feel right. Plus, he's a type A and I'm a hard core type B. He doesn't watch. and that's the only thing I look forward to when I want to really relax. How can I spend the rest of my life with someone who doesn't watch I think that might be worse than a Republican and a Democrat trying to make it work. But thanks for your perceptions.
